Gabriel It does work. You can install the old Fitbit Connect, but when it starts it may prompt you to uninstall because it thinks you would prefer the Fitbit app instead.

You're very welcome Gabriel Thank you so much!! It worked, and my Charge 3 syncs with it. I love the Fitbit Connect, and hate the Windows 10 app. It just won't let me see all my statistics! It is also awkward for me to use. Well, it worked once, and now it doesn't find the Charge 3. Back to the app from the Windows store, sadly, as I like the Fitbit dashboard much better, and it gives me more information.
Can you help? I also tried to sync the Charge 3 with the latest Desktop app. It finds the tracker, starts syncting and then says "Charge3 diconnected" Hi tango and 5jjjjj thank you for getting back to the Forums!
My apologies for the delay. I'd suggest to keep using the Fitbit. Check this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Please check that your phone's Bluetooth is turn off when you're trying to connect with your computer.
It will be better if you remove the Fitbit Charge 3 from your Fitbit Account and from the Bluetooth of your computer, then restart your Charge 3 and set it up again as a new device. Want to get more active?
